The appropriate Hope in the Mountains candidate is anyone who is motivated to recover and willing to follow suggestions.
All candidates will undergo a pre-admission assessment interview. Hope in the Mountains asks that each client commit to a minimum of 90 days; although for some clients, a longer length of stay may be indicated for maximum therapeutic benefit. Typically, clients have had previous failed recovery attempts. Many have a basic understanding for the 12 Step Program.
We accept those with a concurrent mental health condition, if it does not preclude their ability to participate and follow program expectations.
To learn more about the admissions process, insurance, and costs please call to speak with a Hope in the Mountains staff member at (606) 874-0240.
Potential clients will have a pre-admission interview with one of our admissions team members before being cleared for intake. This interview is designed to help determine appropriateness for the Hope in the Mountains program.
We assess motivation for recovery and change to participate in our program. We need any information about previous treatment and legal history to be able to assess our ability to help in each individual case.
This is also an opportunity to interview us and determine for yourself if you are ready for the level and style of treatment we have created over the years. Interviews are scheduled and can be done via phone, video chat or in person. Interviews can take place on short notice when needed to facilitate a safe transition into the program, and it is preferred that they happen early in the inquiry process.
