The videos below are presented to help the families of the client better understand what their loved one is experiencing. These videos are required viewing.
Goal:
The goal of the video series is a greater understanding and self care for the family. It will also help you understand what to expect from your family member after they are discharged.
Instructions
1. View each video, in order and in its entirety.
2. Each video in the series will contain a short “key phrase” presented on the video’s page. You will find the key phrase below the video.
3. After viewing each video, please send a completed video sign-off using the Video Sign-Off form below. You may post questions using the form as well. These will be received by your Hope In The Mountains consultant.
4. Bring your list of questions, if any, with you to visitation. We welcome your valuable input and feedback.
Important!
Again, these videos are required viewing. You will not be able to submit a Video Sign-Off form without including the key phrase. You will also not be able to visit without completing this request.
